The Home Team

The original version of this website was built for Jonathan Swartz, a mortgage consultant in Massachusetts, as his online promotional platform. Eventually he became the branch manager of New Penn Financial’s first Massachusetts office and formed a mortgage team known as The Home Team.

Once Jon’s team had been formed, it was time for his website to transform from being the marketing platform of a single loan officer into being a marketing platform for an entire lending branch. I’d worked previously with another developer on the original project and have worked with Jonathan several times over the years on various other projects. This time around I undertook the task of the revamp on my own, the results of which can be previewed below:

This revamp took some time to finish as it is features a completely new design with all-new functionality, a new logo and additional content. I turned more than 25 pages into just four large, scrolling pages for the redesign, each featuring their own one-page menu. Jon wanted each of the pages to be big and packed with as much information as possible, while looking sleek and being easy to navigate, and this is exactly what he got. Jon and I were both very happy with how this project turned out.
